Ankara Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü ahmedhamza0606@outlook.com ORCID ID: 0000-0002-8781-6939 Çalışmanın Türü: Araştırma Öz Bu makalede, din sosyolojisi çalışmalarında, dini grup olgusuna odaklanan ve bu alanda önemli bir literatürün gelişmesine katkıda bulunan sosyologların başında gelen Alman Sosyolog Joachim Wach’ın düşünce sisteminde dini tecrübe olgusu ve onun sosyolojik tezahürleri üzerine bazı mülahazalarda bulunulmaktadır. 20. yüzyılda din sosyolojisi sahasının en önde gelen isimlerinden biri olarak bilenen ve bu bilim dalının kuruluşu ve gelişmesinde çok büyük emeği geçen Joachim Wach, Alman sosyal bilim geleneğinin önemli temsilcilerinde olan R. Otto ve Max Weber’in takipçisidir. Wach, dinler tarihi araştırmalarının “tarihsel” ve “sistematik” olmak üzere iki boyutunu, dini tecrübenin ifade ediliş biçimlerini ise “teorik”, “pratik” ve “sosyolojik” olmak üzere üç boyutunun olduğunu izah etmektedir. Abstract In this article, some considerations are made on the phenomenon of religious experience and its sociological manifestations in the thought system of the German Sociologist Joachim Wach, one of the leading sociologists in the history of sociology of religion, who paid attention to the phenomenon of religious groups and contributed to the development of an important literature in this field. Joachim Wach, known as one of the most prominent figures in the field of sociology of religion in the 20th century and contributed greatly to the establishment and development of this discipline, is a follower of R. Otto and Max Weber, who are important representatives of the German social science tradition. Wach states that the study of the history of religions has two dimensions as “historical” and “systematic” and the expression of religious experience has three dimensions as “theoretical”, “practical” and “sociological dimensions”.
