The objective of this study is to determine whether sequential therapy eradicates H.pylori infection better than standard triple drug therapy for patients with dyspepsia. Patients were divided into three groups (A,B and C). Patients of Group (A) and Group (B) received sequential therapy while patients of Group (C) received standard triple therapy. Stool antigen test is used to ensure complete eradication. Results indicate that sequential therapy achieved higher eradication rates than triple therapy with lower side effects.
