Today, most educational materials are produced thanks to technological products and supported by various tools and equipment. In fact, exam, evaluation, rating and rewarding processes, which are important stages of education recently, are realized thanks to online applications, which are technological products. For this reason, it is necessary to take necessary and sufficient security measures in online exams. Otherwise, many problems arise in education and training and people's trust is damaged. In order not to cause these disruptions, security measures should be handled meticulously, examined in the light of up-to-date information in the developing technology and necessary updates should be made. The first of these is the personal and private personal data specified within the scope of KVKK and GDPR, and the necessity of confidentiality and inaccessibility of any data that is not related to the exam. If all these conditions are taken into account, online exams will be fair and similar to face-to-face exams, in a sufficiently controlled and secure way. Keywords--- Security, Technology, Education, Exam, Evaluation. I. Introduction Education and training are very important concepts that affect people's lives and choices. While teaching from these concepts can be considered as the whole of knowledge and experience given in a planned and programmed way (Sünbül, 2011), education usually takes place in the form of following the relevant processes, although it requires a professional team and environment. At the same time, it is a necessity to measure the impact, rate and success of these concepts. With the effect of the pandemic, one of the most problematic areas both in our country and in the whole world is the education and training process (Özdoğan and Berkant, 2020). In this process, education and training are not only negatively affected in every aspect, but the compensatory process is also very long. The pandemic only pauses production in some areas. However, since education and training not only pauses, but also leads to constant regressions, its destruction in this area is also quite high. In addition to these, when the lack of infrastructure in the field of education and training is added to the fact that people are unfamiliar with the online teaching processes, communication, interaction and the tools used, the extent of the damage becomes quite large. Testing the knowledge and experience given is of great importance for the exam and evaluation, which are the most important stages of the education and training process. If there is a reward or reward after the assessment and exam, and if this award and reward results in the selection of some individuals, especially among the people who are subjected to the exam and assessment, it is completely a necessity to take the necessary security measures (Yi-qi, 2010). II. Method As a result of the research and studies carried out, some security measures must be fulfilled in online exam and assessment applications. Thus, the examination and evaluation procedures will be done in a fair and correct way. These security measures are listed below.
