Salah satu upaya menjaga kebugaran tubuh adalah dengan berolahraga secara teratur agar denyut nadi kita berkerja secara stabil terutama denyut nadi istirahat. Berolahraga teratur salah satu langkahnya adalah melakukan senam dalam penelitian ini yaitu senam Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Senam Bhineka Tunggal Ika (SBTI) dapat berpengaruh terhadap denyut nadi istirahat. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan pretest-posttest control group design dengan analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan pra syarat uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Variabel bebas adalah SBTI dan variabel terikat denyut nadi istirahat. Sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling yaitu seluruh mahasiswa pjkr yang mengikuti mata kuliah physical fitness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai pretest dan posttest bersifat homogen dan berdistribusi normal serta pada uji t menunjukkan bahwa hasil sig. (2-tailed) 0,021<0,050 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa SBTI berpengaruh terhadap denyut nadi istirahat mahasiswa PJKR FKIP Unwahas Tahun Akademik 2021. Saran kepada mahasiswa agar senantiasa menjaga kebugaran karena sangat penting pada masa pandemi seperti ini, salah satunya dengan melakukan olahraga SBTI. Mahasiswa dapat mengenal tarian-tarian yang ada di Indonesia. Abstract Keywords (English) _____________ Bhineka Tunggal Ika Gymnastics; Exercise; Pulse Rate. ___________________ The era of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia began in early March 2020, where during this pandemic, people are expected to have good immunity to fight viruses that are in our bodies. One of the efforts to maintain body fitness is the exercise of regularly so that our pulse works stably, especially resting pulse. The Exercising of regularly, one of the steps is doing gymnastics, especially the Bhineka Tunggal Ika. The purpose of reaserch is aims to determine whether the Bhineka Tunggal Ika (SBTI) exercise can affect resting pulse rates.. This experimental study used a pretest-posttest control group design with data analysis using the t test with pre-requisite normality test and homogeneity test. The independent variable is SBTI and the dependent variable is resting pulse rate. The sample used in the reasearch was total sampling, namely all PJKR students who in physical fitness courses. The results showed that the pre-test and post-test scores were homogeneous and normally distributed and the t-test indicated that the results were sig. (2-tailed) 0.021 <0.050, so it can be concluded that SBTI affects the resting pulse of PJKR FKIP Unwahas students in the Academic Year of 2021. Suggestions for students to always maintain fitness are very important during a pandemic like this, one of which is by doing SBTI exercise.
