However, due to religious differences, the trade route, which was a more profitable trading route in Southern Thailand, inhabited by Malay Patani, made the Siamese Kingdom want the area. The desires of the Siamese Kingdom were successful. So Patani Malay became part of the Thai Kingdom and its government system followed the policies adopted by the Thais, including in terms of Islamic education in Patani. Since then, conflicts began to occur as the policies adopted by the Thais were considered unsuitable for the Patani Malay in many various ways including forming an Islamic organization. As a result, the Patani could become independent without being under Thai auspices. However, these efforts and strategies have also not been successful, but only to negotiate so that conflicts can continue to be overcome both through cooperation with other Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe countries. Keyword: Dynamics, Islamic education, Thailand Abstrak Thailand mempunyai dua bagian daerah yang berbeda-beda, baik dari Suku, budaya, bangsa maupun agama. Namun karena adanya perbedaan agama, jalur perdagangan, yang mana jalur perdagangang yang lebih menguntungkan berada di Thailand bagian Selatan yang dihuni oleh Melayu Patani, membuat kerajaan Siam menginginkan daerah tersebut. Keinginan kerajaan Siam pun berhasil, sehingga Melayu Patani menjadi bagian kerajaan Thai dan sistem pemerintahannya pun mengikuti kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh Thai, termasuk dalam hal pendidikan Islam di Patani. Sejak saat itu, konflik mulai terjadi, karena kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh Thai dianggap tidak cocok bagi Melayu Patani, sehingga berbagai macam cara, termasuk membentuk organisasi Islam agar Patani bisa merdeka sendiri tanpa dibawah naungan Thai. Akan tetapi, usaha dan strategi tersebut kunjung juga belum berhasil, tetapi hanya bernegosiasi agar konlfik bisa terus diatasi, baik melalui kerjasama dengan Asia Tenggara lainnya maupun timur tengah dan Eropa.
