One of these impacts is diet and activity in patients with stroke.Sritejo Kencono Public Health Center in Central Lampung recorded 22 cases in 2017, increasing in 2018 to 34 cases. While the incidence of recurrent strokes in 2018 is quite high, 16 cases. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between diet and activity with the incidence of recurrent strokes. This research method uses analytic research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all stroke patients at the Sritejo Kencono Public Health Center in Central Lampung, with a sample of 34 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Hypothesis testing using chi-square. Univariate analysis results showed that the majority of respondents had a good diet, as many as 21 people (61.8%). Most respondents have bad activities, as many as 20 people (58.8%). Most respondents did not experience recurrent strokes, as many as 18 people (52.9%). The results of the bivariate analysis obtained the relationship of eating patterns (p-value = 0.017 and OR = 8.333) and activity (p-value = 0.031 and OR = 6.81) with the incidence of recurrent stroke. Suggestions for health workers to conduct routine health education to people who are at risk of having a stroke and to hold gymnastics activities which are carried out three times a week Keywords: activity, diet, recurrent stroke PENDAHULUAN Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) penyebab kematian nomor satu secara global setiap tahunnya adalah penyakit kardiovaskuler. Penyakit tidak menular yang sering diderita masyarakat salah satunya adalah stroke. Stroke merupakan salah satu penyebab kecacatan maupun kematian.World Health Organitation (WHO), menyebutkan bahwa jumlah penderita stroke terus meningkat. WHO memprediksi bahwa kematian akibat stroke akan meningkat seiring dengan kematian akibat penyakit jantung dan kanker kurang lebih 6 juta pada tahun 2010 menjadi 8 juta di tahun 2030(American Heart Association (AHA), dalam Wayunah, 2016).
