Bahan baku dari pembuatan minyak CPO adalah tandan buah segar (TBS) Kelapa Sawit yang memiliki syarat-syarat tertentu untuk diolah menjadi minyak CPO. Pemodelan time series dengan Fuzzy Time Series merupakan salah satu dari metode dengan menggunakan kecerdasan buatan yang semakin berkembang. Prosesnya juga tidak membutuhkan suatu sistem pembelajaran dari sistem yang rumit, sehingga fuzzy time series ini lebih mudah untuk digunakan. Untuk meramalkan data Grand Total TBS Kelapa Sawit pada PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Time Series Chen dan Algoritma Ruey Chyn Tsaur. Maka didapatkan bahwa TBS Kelapa Sawit yang harus dipersiapkan untuk proses produksi minyak sawit CPO (Crude Palm Oil) tanggal 25 Maret 2015 sebanyak 1.382.570 Kg dengan nilai error sebesar 0,22% yang didapatkan dari rumus AFER (Average Forecasting Error Rate) untuk melakukan perhitungan peramalan Grand Total TBS Kelapa Sawit pada PT. XYZ menggunakan metode Fuzzy Time Series Chen dan Algoritma Ruey Chyn Tsur. Kata Kunci: kelapa sawit, peramalan, metode fuzzy, algoritma, afer, time series. ABSTRACT Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is an intermediate oil that can be processed into some kind of oil. The raw material of manufacture CPO is fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of oil palm which has certain requirements to be processed into oil CPO. Modeling of time series with Fuzzy Time Series is one of the methods using artificial intelligence is growing. The process also does not require a learning system of a complicated system, so the fuzzy time series is easier to use. To forecast the data Grand Total TBS Palm at PT. XYZ using Fuzzy Time Series Chen and Algorithms Ruey Chyn Tsaur. Then it was found that TBS Palm to be prepared for the production of palm oil CPO (Crude Palm Oil) dated March 25, 2015 as 1.382.570 Kg with 0.22% error value obtained from the formula afer (Average Forecasting Error Rate) to perform forecasting calculations Grand Total TBS Palm at PT.
