Email : deafitrianingka@gmail.com Abstrak Sembilan Bahan Pokok adalah Sembilan jenis kebutuhan pokok masyarakat yang sangat dekat dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Sembako juga dapat diartikan sebagai hal yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat terutama pada pangan. Sembako juga memiliki sifat ekonomi yang kompleks. Sifat sembako inelastic yang berarti perubahan harga sembako tidak akan banyak dipengaruhi tingkat permintaan produk oleh konsumen. Tepung terigu adalah tepung atau bubuk halus yang berasal dari bulir/biji gandum yang dihaluskan, kemudian digunakan untuk pembuatan mie, kue, roti, bolu, dsb. Tepung terigu mengandung banyak zat pati, yaitu karbohidrat kompleks yang tidak larut dalam air. Tepung terigu juga mengandung protein dalam bentuk gluten, yang berperan dalam menentukan kekenyalan makanan yang terbuat dari bahan terigu. . Berdasarkan standar kebutuhan tepung terigu di Indonesia ini sangat tinggi, khususnya untuk pengusaha kue, roti, mie, atau menjadi bahan dapur untuk memasak. Kenaikan harga BBM bersubsidi akan mempengaruhi biaya transportasi industri terigu. Kendaraan truk pengangkut logistik industri masih menggunakan BBM bersubsidi. Namun biaya transportasi yang menggunakan BBM bersubsidi hanya 5% dalam komponen biaya produksi terigu. Sejauh ini biaya produksi industri terigu nasional dinilai relatif stabil. Dengan demikian, asosiasi menilai produsen terigu belum perlu menaikkan harga jual hingga kini. Sembako can also be interpreted as things needed by the community, especially in food. Sembako also has a complex economic nature. The inelastic nature of basic necessities means that changes in food prices will not be much influenced by the level of product demand by consumers. Wheat flour is flour or fine powder derived from mashed wheat grains/seeds, then used for making noodles, cakes, bread, sponge cakes, etc. Wheat flour contains a lot of starch, which is a complex carbohydrate that is not soluble in water. Wheat flour also contains protein in the form of gluten, which plays a role in determining the elasticity of foods made from wheat. Based on the standard, the need for wheat flour in Indonesia is very high, especially for entrepreneurs of cakes, breads, noodles, or as a kitchen ingredient for cooking. The increase in subsidized fuel prices will affect the transportation costs of the flour industry. Industrial logistics transport trucks still use subsidized fuel. However, transportation costs using subsidized fuel are only 5% in the component of flour production costs. So far, the production cost of the national flour industry is considered relatively stable.
