Awareness of the enforcement of Human Rights (HAM) is important in everyday life, especially in maintaining dignity as a whole human being. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of human rights violations in the school environment, so it is necessary to instill the values of human rights awareness. The purpose of this study was to determine the inculcation of the values of class-based human rights awareness in SMP PGRI Babakan Cirebon. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with data collection techniques using interviews, documentation and observation. The research subjects were principals, vice principals, PPKn teachers and students of SMP PGRI Babakan Cirebon. The object of this research is the cultivation of class-based human rights awareness values. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the inculcation of classroom-based values of human rights awareness in SMP PGRI Babakan was carried out through a study of the values of human rights awareness in Civics subjects, integration of human rights awareness values in learning that contained Pancasila values and religious values. The inculcation of human rights awareness values is supported by media, methods, learning strategies and teacher professionalism. The strategy used to maximize the inculcation of human rights awareness values is through an exemplary approach, a personal approach and positive reinforcement and negative reinforcement. Evaluation of the inculcation of the values of human rights awareness based on the class cannot be separated from several factors that can hinder, including personality factors, environmental factors of different students, material demands without paying attention to the cultivation of human rights awareness values, the class atmosphere is not conducive, the teacher's busy work outside. schools and the use of inappropriate learning methods. HAM bagi bangsa Indonesia selalu didasarkan pada keserasian, keselarasan dan keseimbangan yang berlandaskan pada persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa. Dalam menjunjung tinggi HAM yang menjadi tolak ukur bangsa Indonesia adalah Pancasila dan UUD NRI Tahun 1945. Kurangnya kesadaran penegakan HAM seringkali terjadi di lingkungan sekolah akibatnya peserta didik melakukan pelanggaran HAM seperti tidak taat pada aturan sekolah, terlibat perkelahian, diskriminasi, melakukan perundungan terhadap teman sebaya.
