In present study, we have prepared total seven derivatives based on 1,3,4-oxadiazole core further functionalized with thiol moieties. The structures of synthesized compounds (C1-C9) were confirmed by the 1 H NMR, and Mass spectrometry. These synthesized molecules were subjected to antibacterial and fungal activity against selected microbial and fungal strains. Some of derivatives showed good biological behaviour against gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Keywords: 1,3,4-oxadiazole, cyclohexanecarbohydrazide, antibacterial, antifungal
