The goal of human resource management research is to establish the impact of LMX on employee
performance in health education institutions through job satisfaction and innovation moderated by
knowledge exchange. It is critical for an organization's success to be able to apply LMX theory to work
satisfaction, innovation, and knowledge exchange. Knowledge Sharing was used as a moderating
variable in this study. Employees' inventive behavior is encouraged by the act of exchanging knowledge
and collectively developing new knowledge, which involves synergistic teamwork between individuals.
Quantitative research was used in this study. Questionnaires were distributed as part of the data
collection process. The author enlisted the help of three Palangka Raya-based health education
institutions as correspondents. On 75 respondents, data was collected using simple random sampling,
and data was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The
findings revealed a link between LMX, innovation, and the moderating of knowledge sharing on
performance. As a result of the findings, it is critical to use LMX and innovation in order to boost
employee performance.

Introduction
As with innovation, knowledge sharing or knowledge sharing is the transfer of experience, skills, and information into practice (Setini
et al., 2020). Value creation, which is enabled by knowledge exchange, is the characteristic of innovation. An organization that fosters
and supports its employees' ability to innovate (Castaneda & Cuellar, 2020).
Human Resources management is required in all businesses. This is the foundation that is in charge of taking care of the company's
varied human resource demands (Hayajneh et al., 2022). The availability of human resources will be the most important determining
factor in efforts to improve the quality of higher education in the next years (Tajeddini et al., 2020). Those who serve as both leaders
and members of an educational group. Higher education management is built on the foundation of education providers. As a result,
it's critical that educators enjoy their work and apply new ideas in order to meet each task's objectives (Treadway et al., 2019).
The above is a greatly wanted wish, yet there are frequently complications. First, researchers discovered improvements in health
colleges that needed to be enhanced based on direct observations made over the last few years. Some people limit themselves to using
social media as a promotional tool in today's world (Choi et al., 2020). The second finding was discontent at work, which was based
on direct interviews with the personnel department and many employees. Employee work satisfaction indicates that employees' wants
and desires are being addressed. Dissatisfaction, on the other hand, happens when expectations do not match reality. Work that is
frequently incomplete and not on goal, poor relationships with colleagues and superiors, and frequent complaints are some indications
of this unhappiness with relation to pay.
