Teacher tend to only use student book, so that it will cause learning to be less than optimal, and students will feel bored. This research aims to develop VEBO media and determine the feasibility of VEBO media to increasing students’ vovabulary in English subjects for IV grade in Elementari School. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method and uses ADDIE model by performing 5 steps, there are: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluate. This research was implemented at Bright Kiddie Schookl. Information was collected by distributing questionnaires to media expert in the form of 15 questions, material expert in the form of 10 questions, and education expert in the form of 10 questions. The results of the validation carried out by media expert get score 94,7% and it was categorized as "very feasible", material expert validation get score 94% znd it was categorized as "very feasible", education expert get score 94% and it was categorized as "very feasible". The results of the questionnaire given to students with small group trials and large group tests are categorized as "very feasible". Based on the results, it can be concluded that the Smart VEBO media is very suitable to increase students’ vocabulary in english subjects for IV grade in Elementary School Keywords: development; english; VEBO media Abstrak Di masa ini pemanfaatan media pembelajaran masih kurang maksimal dimana guru masih ada yang tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran. Guru cenderung hanya menggunakan buku siswa sehingga pembelajaran menjadi kurang maksimal dan membuat siswa merasa bosan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media VEBO serta mengetahui kelayakan media VEBO dalam meningkatkan kosakata siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SD lintas kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D), menggunakan model ADDIE dengan melakukan 5 langkah yaitu: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluate. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Bright Kiddie, Depok. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada ahli media berupa 15 soal, ahli materi berupa 10 soal, dan ahli Pendidikan berupa 10 soal. Hasil validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli media dikategorikan “sangat layak”, validasi ahli materi dikategorikan “sangat layak”, validasi ahli pendidikan dikategorikan “sangat layak”. Setelah melakukan validasi kepada para ahli, dilakukan uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji kelompok besar dan dikategorikan “sangat layak”. Berdasarkan perolehan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media VEBO sangat layak untuk meningkatkan kosakata siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris kelas IV SD.
