This reseacrh uses quantitative research method with multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis shows that the best quality of usability is the suitability with the type of website with the achievement of 43.71% while the worst is the attractive website appearance with the achievement of 20.87%, the best quality of information is the presentation of information with the appropriate format with a performance of 43.71%, while the worst is easy information to understand with the achievement of 20.13%, and the best quality of service interaction is personal information security with a performance of 42.71% while the worst is the reputation website 27,87%, and third variable webqual 4.0 usability, information quality, and service interaction have positive and significant effect to user satisfaction with correlation coefficient number 0,778. PENDAHULUAN i era ini berbagai macam aktivitas manusia hampir tidak bisa lepas dari teknologi komputer dan teknologi informasi. Tidak hanya di negara maju, saat ini di Indonesia pun sistem informasi telah diterapkan dimana-mana (Abdul Kadir, 2014:1). Mulai dari perusahaan, organisasi, lembaga pemerintahan, lembaga pendidikan, dan sebagainya. Entah disadari atau tidak, sistem informasi telah banyak mempermudah kegiatan manusia, tak terkecuali dalam hal mengumpulkan, menghasilkan, dan menyampaikan informasi. Kemudahan mencari informasi tidak hanya dari media cetak dan elektronik, tetapi juga internet. Yuhefizar (2006:5) mengemukakan saat ini website adalah aplikasi layanan internet yang paling banyak dipakai, hampir 80% layanan internet didominasi oleh website. Website sendiri merupakan halaman informasi yang berisi komponen atau kumpulan komponen yang terdiri dariteks, gambar, suara, animasi, sehingga lebih merupakan media informasi yang menarik untuk dikunjungi (Andrea Adelheid, 2015:11). Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Sekolah Menengah Teknologi Industri atau disingkat SMK SMTI Padang yang semula bernama Sekolah Teknologi Menengah Atas (STMA) berdiri pada tanggal 7 Februari 1967. Pada tahun 1985 melalui Surat Keputusan Menteri Perindustrian, Nomor: 235/M/SK/1985, tanggal 25 Juli terjadi perubahan nama dari STMA menjadi SMTI dengan program pendidikan 3 D
