In addition, in the financial skills sector, there is a lack of skills to make sound financial decisions such as budgeting, cash management and the use of credit. For this reason, the training ʺCreating a budget and managing finances is fully funded byʺ USAID YEP. This training aims to: identify and analyze habits and patterns their own expenses, discover the difference between fixed and variable expenses, understand the importance of budgeting and know the reasons to stick to a budget, as well as being able to create a personal budget. By participating in this training, students can prioritize spending, understanding that not all goods and services are available to us have because of limitations (Scarcity). And must can make priorities and choose which goods and services are really needed. Also understand how to determine the choice of goods and services because there are Opportunity costs in every decision making, and start to be able to create a simple budget and manage personal finance. Abstrak: Fenomena sekarang, dikelompok pemuda termasuk mahasiswa, kurangnya kompetensi pribadi (Soft skills) untuk kesiapan masuk dunia kerja. Selain itu di sektor finansial skills, kurangnya keterampilan membuat keputusan keuangan yang sehat seperti, penganggaran, pengelolaan kas dan penggunaan kredit.
