Sebuah tantangan bagi pendidikan kedokteran karena melakukan perkuliahan, tutorial, Clinical Skill Lab (CSL), maupun praktikum secara daring. Learning loss merupakan keadaan ketidakmaksimalan pembelajaran yang mengakibatkan kehilangan pengetahuan, keterampilan secara spesifik maupun umum, atau kemunduran prestasi akademik. Hal tersebut berisiko terjadi di masa pandemi sehingga menurunkan kompetensi dan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran risiko terjadinya Learning loss mahasiswa PSKd FKK UMJ dalam pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu mahasiswa PSKd FKK UMJ angkatan 2018 dan 2019 dengan teknik stratified random sampling didapatkan 172 responden. Data primer didapatkan dengan mengisi kuesioner melalui Google form yang tervalidasi. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan interaksi dosen-mahasiswa maupun antarmahasiswa pada pembelajaran daring sebanyak 49,4%. Motivasi belajar menurun selama pembelajaran daring sebanyak 37,2%. Hasil penilaian belajar menurun sebanyak 29,7%. Pembelajaran daring akibat pandemi COVID- 19 berisiko memunculkan terjadinya Learning loss pada mahasiswa. A challenge for medical education is to conduct lectures, tutorials, skill’s lab, and laboratory for online. Learning loss is a state of learning that is not maximized which results in loss of knowledge, specific or general skills, or a decline in academic achievement. This is at risk of happening during pandemic, thereby reducing the competence and quality of human resources. This study aims to describe the risk of learning loss of medical students program FKK UMJ in online learning in the COVID- 19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The subjects were medical students program class of 2018 and 2019 by stratified random sampling obtained 172 respondents. Primary data was obtained by filling out a validated Google form and processed using statistical applications. The results of study showed there was a decrease in lecturer-student interaction and students interaction during online learning by 49,4%. Learning motivation decreased during online learning by 37,2%. The result of the learning assessment decreased by 29,7%. Online learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic has the risk of causing learning loss for students.
