What often occurs in athletes after doing the weight training process is delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). DOMS is pain that occurs in a person usually feels within 24-72 hours after doing weight training activities. This study aims to analyze the status of the level of pain experienced by athletes due to DOMS after weight training. The sample, namely Archery Science Archery School athletes, amounted to 20 people and was selected randomly with the terms and criteria, including male sex aged 13-16 years, not injured. All samples carried out the lat pulldown, banch press and shoulder press as much as 12 repetitions, 3 sets, 60-90 seconds rest each set. DOMS measurement using Visual Analog Scale (VAS) was carried out after 48 hours after weight training. The results of the research data were tabulated and analyzed using descriptive statistical tests. The conclusions of this study after weight training activities were carried out with the category of athletes experiencing very severe pain conditions were 10 athletes with a percentage (50%), with the category of athletes experiencing severe pain conditions amounting to 5 athletes with a percentage (25%), with the category of athletes experiencing severe pain. Moderate pain conditions amounted to 3 athletes with a percentage (15%), with the category of athletes experiencing mild pain conditions amounting to 2 athletes with a percentage (10%), with the category of athletes experiencing painless conditions totaling 0 athletes with a percentage (0%). DOMS ialah rasa nyeri terjadi pada atlet/ orang biasanya terasa rentang waktu 24-72 jam pasca melaksanakan aktivitas latihan beban. Riset/penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis status tingkatan nyeri dialami atlet karena DOMS pasca berlatih beban. Sampel yakni merupakan atlet Panahan Science Archery School berjumlah 20 orang serta dipilih secara random dengan syarat dan kriteria yakni berjenis kelamin laki-laki berusia 13-16 tahun, tidak sedang menderita cedera. Semua sampel melaksanakan latihan beban lat pulldown, banch press dan shoulder press sebanyak 12 Repetisi, 3 set, 60-90 detik istirahat setiap setnya. Pengukuran DOMS menggunkana Visual Analog Scale (VAS) dilaksanakan setelah 48 jam pasca latihan beban. Hasil data riset ditabulasi dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif. Simpulan riset ini sesudah diselenggarakan aktivitas latihan beban dengan kategori atlet yang mengalami kondisi nyeri sangat berat berjumalah 10 atlet dengan porsentasi (50%), dengan kategori atlet yang
