Abstract---The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of
Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior
on Organizational Resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic at
Hospital in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. A cross-sectional study was
conducted in December 2021 at a type B referral hospital for COVID-
19 in East Kalimantan. Questionnaires was used to obtain data, and
the data was analyzed using SmartPLS software. The population of the
study was the manager of the type B referral hospital for COVID-19 in
East Kalimantan. A total of the respondents were 218 managers. The
sampling technique in this research was total sampling with a
response rate of 97%. The results of this study show:
