ABSTRACT This devotion was conducted in the village of Bonto Kassi District of South Galesong which is one of the centers of production of woven palm fiber which is one of the flagship product Takalar district.Lontar fibers used as raw materials other than woven mats and skull cap teachers also have been processed into various types of souvenirs such as; key chains, fans and others. This weaving activities, certainly very profitable farmers ejection, but the number of production and processing / entrepreneur is still very limited while the number of abundant raw materials. Woven palm fiber is the flagship product Galesong District of South particular Bonto village Kassi the abundant amount not optimally managed, so it has not been able to increase farmers' income ejection, weavers, and revenue.Objectives and targets thematic KKN PPM program that increases the total production of woven palm fiber, palm farmers can cultivate themselves lontarnya fiber, palm fiber ayaman product diversification, and increased new entrepreneurs.Methods of thematic KKN PPM implementation through mentoring and training stages as follows; (1) Preparation and debriefing; Determination of the mechanism of implementation starting from surveys up to you making the report, (2) Implementation; (1) The determination of the target group, and (2) Determination method of empowerment.
