Este modelo tem impactado de várias formas em termos sociais, econômicos, políticos e ambientais. Este artigo faz uma revisão bibliográfica de produções acadêmicas do Cone Sul, identificando pontos comuns e divergências nas diferentes formas de abordagem do fenômeno. A partir da revisão de 39 trabalhos, foram identificados três eixos principais de estudo: o papel do Estado e suas alianças com as empresas transnacionais; o deslocamento e expulsão de populações do campo; o esgotamento dos recursos naturais; conflitos sociais de resistência ao agronegócio e neo extrativismo. Ao mesmo tempo, identificou-se um esforço sustentado para a construção de marcos interpretativos específicos da realidade latino-americana que permitam abordar a complexidade do modelo e seus impactos Palavras-chave: Agronegócio; Cone Sul; Neoextrativismo AGRIBUSSINES’S IMPACTS ON SOUTHERN CONE ABSTRACT Since the middle of the 20th century, the agribusiness model has been installed on the continent. This model has impacted in various ways in social, economic, political and environmental terms. This article makes a bibliographic review of academic productions from SouthernCone, identifying common points and divergences in the different ways of approaching the phenomenon. From the review of 39 works, three main axes of study have been identified: the role of the State and its alliance with transnational corporations; the displacement and expulsion of populations from the countryside; the depletion of natural resources; social conflicts of resistance to agribusiness and neo-extractivism. At the same time, a sustained effort has been identified to construct interpretive frameworks specific to and situated in theLatin American reality that allow addressing the complexity of the model and its impacts.
