The purpose of this study is this study aims to determine the relationship between job insecurity and perceived organizational support with job burnout. The major hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between job insecurity and perceived organizational support with job burnout. While the minor hypothesis in this study are: (H1) There is a positive relationship between job insecurity and job burnout. (H2) There is a negative relationship between perceived organizational support and job burnout. This research uses quantitative methods. The test results using two predictor regression analysis showed Rx1x2y = 0.341 with F = 3.752 and p = 0.029 (p <0.05). This means that there is a significant relationship between job insecurity and perceived organizational support with job burnout. The first and second minor hypotheses were tested using the product moment correlation technique. The results of the first minor hypothesis test showed a positive relationship between job insecurity and job burnout, where the value of rx1y = 0.332 and p = 0.000 (p <0.01). In the second minor hypothesis test, there is a negative relationship between perceived organizational support and job burnout, where the value of rx2y = -0.108 and p = 0.000 (p <0.01). This study also shows the R square value of perceived organizational support and job insecurity of 0.116. This means that job insecurity and perceived organizational support affect job burnout by 11.8%, the remaining 88.4% is influenced by other factors. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan job insecurity dengan job burnout. Hipotesis mayor dari penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan job insecurity dengan job burnout. Sedangkan Hipotesis minor pada penelitian ini adalah : (H1) Ada hubungan positif antara job insecurity dengan job burnout. (H2) Ada hubungan negatif antara perceived organizational support dengan job burnout. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dua predictor menunjukkan Rx1x2y = 0,341 dengan F = 3,752 dan p = 0,029 (p<0,05). Artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara job insecurity dan perceived organizational support dengan job burnout. Hipotesis minor satu dan dua diuji menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil uji hipotesis minor satu menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara job insecurity dengan job burnout, dimana
