Brigjen Katamso, Medan 20158 Sumatera Utara *) Email : theresiavictorias@gmail.com ABSTRAK Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) adalah salah satu tanaman hortikultura yang memiliki nilai dan potensi ekonomi yang tinggi di Indonesia. Produktivitas bawang merah di Indonesia belum dapat memenuhi permintaan yang ada, sehingga hal ini dapat dikembangkan dan memiliki potensi untuk di budidayakan. Peningkatan produksi bawang merah dapat dilakukan dengan cara pemupukan hayati dan anorganik. Berdasarkan uraian diatas maka perlu dilakukan percobaan tentang pupuk hayati dan dosis pupuk NPK diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman bawang merah dan dapat mengurangi penggunaan pupuk anorganik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2019 sampai dengan Mei 2019, penelitian ini di lakukan di Rumah Plastik Lanud Abdul Rachman Saleh Malang. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis ragam (Uji F) 5% dan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT (Beda Nyata Terkecil) 5% jika terdapat pengaruh nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan NPK 75% sebanyak 1,37 gram/polybag + Pupuk hayati 100% (P5) merupakan kombinasi yang dapat meningkatkan berat brangkasan, diameter umbi, bobot umbi, dan serapan hara tanaman bawang merah. Penggunaan pupuk hayati dapat menurunkan dosis pupuk anorganik. Kata Kunci: Bawang Merah, Dosis, Pupuk Hayati, Pupuk NPK. ABSTRACT Shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) is one of the horticulture plants that has high economic value and potential in Indonesia. The productivity of shallots in Indonesia has not been able to meet the demand, so this can be developed and has the potential to be cultivated. Increased production of shallots can be done by biological and inorganic fertilization. Based on the description above, it is necessary to conduct experiments on biological fertilizers and dosages of NPK fertilizer expected to increase the productivity of shallots and reduce the use of inorganic fertilizers. This research was conducted in March 2019 until May 2019, this research was conducted at the Abdul Rachman Saleh Malang Airlift Plastic House. The study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD). The data obtained were analyzed by analysis of variance (F Test) 5% and followed by a 5% LSD (Smallest Significant Difference) test if there were any real effects. The results showed that 75% NPK as much as 1.37 grams / polybag + 100% biological fertilizer (P5) is a combination that can increase the weight of stover, tuber diameter, tuber weight, and nutrient uptake of onion plants.
