Therefore, researchers want to identify the quality of math teachers in online learning. This research was conducted to get an idea of the quality of math teachers in carrying out online learning. This research was conducted at State Vocational High School 1 Magelang on math teachers and students. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical method. The instrument used is a questionnaire or questionnaire containing questions that can describe students' responses to online math learning. The results showed that the quality of math teachers in online learning at State Vocational High School 1 Magelang was good enough. This is supported by the research aspects that are almost all fulfilled, including pedagogic, professional, personality, and social aspects. The fulfillment of teacher competency standards indicates that the quality of mathematics teachers of State Vocational High School 1 Magelang is good enough. It is also supported by the results obtained that students feel sufficiently understand the material delivered by the teachers online. Keywords: Teacher Quality, Teacher Competency, Online Learning
