In cases or reports relating to the coronavirus, there are many terms or diction used by the Indonesian government, one of which is ODP (Insider Monitoring). Unsupervised ODP is one of the reasons for the increasing number of positive cases of COVID-19. Based on existing references, there are no studies that develop applications to monitor ODP. So that we will build a mobile-based ODP TRACKING prototype that aims to prevent the COVID-19 that can be caused by ODP by using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. The ODP Tracker application requires users such as the community, COVID-19 Village Handling Task Force, puskesmas, sub-district & district handling units, and the system administrator. Each of these users has a different role in the application but is related to one another. Several prototypes of the ODP Tracker application interface are shown in this study, including the Registration form interface, the ODP tracking interface, and the ODP report interface. The ODP Tracker application prototype can help the government or Covid-19 handling officers in Indonesia to track and monitor the whereabouts and conditions of people with ODP status. Keywords—ODP Tracker, covid-19, coronavirus, RAD, prototype I. INTRODUCTION Since December 2019, a significant outbreak of the new coronavirus has been reported in Wuhan, Hubei province of China [1][2]. SARS-CoV-2 is the name given by the International Committee on Virus Taxonomy for new coronaviruses [3]. Besides, there is named for the new coronavirus, namely Covid-19 [4]. Coronavirus can cause disease in animals or humans. Several types of coronavirus are known to cause respiratory infections in humans ranging from cold coughs to more serious ones such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The origin of the coronavirus originated initially been from animals. Then the virus spread to humans. The last confirmed new coronavirus can spread from human to human. [5][6]. The new coronavirus has infected 8,242,999 people around the world from data from the World Health Organization (WHO) until Friday (06/19/2020) at 13.48 WIB. Of that number, at least 4,535,951 were successfully healed, but many cases of death occurred up to 445,535 [7]. The new coronavirus was initially only in China, and now it has spread to 213 countries. Of these, there are five highest countries in the world seen from positive confirmed cases, namely the United States of America (USA) [8], Brazil [9], Russian Federation [10], India [11], and United Kingdom [12]. In cases or reports relating to the coronavirus, there are many terms or diction used by the Indonesian government, one of which is ODP (Insider Monitoring) [13]. ODP is a person who experiences symptoms of respiratory system disorders such as runny nose throat/cough, and in the last 14 days before symptoms develop, have a history of contact with confirmed cases of COVID-19. Based on data from the website https://www.covid19.go.id/, information is obtained from the graph of adding new cases per day that, from March 2, 2020, to June 19, 2020, Indonesia tends to experience an increase in new cases per day. There were 1,041 new cases recorded on June 19, 2020. The increase in the number of new cases per day cannot be separated from the role of a large number of ODP in the unitary territory of the Republic of Indonesia. As of June 19, 2020, there were 36,464 ODP cases in all regions of Indonesia. The potential increase in the number of ODP cases in the COVID-19 epicenter and non-epicenter areas is considerable, due to the significant activities of the Indonesian community in markets, supermarkets, and offices. The more operations carried out by the Indonesian community outside the home, the more likely it is to be infected with COVID-19 [14]. Increasing the number of ODP can increase the chance of positive cases infected with the coronavirus or COVID-19. If the ODP condition worsens and meets the PDP (Patient Under Supervision) criteria or the laboratory results are positive for coronavirus, then the ODP must be taken to the hospital. Several researchers in the world have made efforts to suppress the spread of COVID-19, researchers [15] developing mobile apps that aim to collect data about risk factors, symptoms, clinical outcomes, and geographical hot spots. The application is published in the UK and the USA. The purpose of the app is to monitor public health; if there is 2020 2nd International Conference on Cybernetics and Intelligent System (ICORIS) | 978-1-7281-7257-6/20/$31.00 ©2020 IEEE | DOI: 10.1109/ICORIS50180.2020.9320763 © IEEE 2021.
