Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian ini bermula dari kemenangan Ahmadi-Antos dalam Pilkada Sungai Penuh tahun 2020. Dengan segala keterbatasan dalam masa pandemi, paslon Ahmadi-Antos melakukan pengorganisasian tim sukses dalam kampanye daring. Di dalam wadah KOMPAS (Komunitas Milenial Pendukung Ahmadi-Antos), milenial lahir dan tumbuh dengan perbedaan suku dan budaya untuk bertekad menyatukan visi dan persepsi guna mewujudkan peranannya dalam proses pembangunan Kota Sungai Penuh maju berkeadilan. KOMPAS difungsikan sebagai sentral informasi dalam rangka pemenangan Ahmadi-Antos. Terlepas apakah KOMPAS membuatnya menang atau tidak, tapi menarik untuk dilihat bagaimana kinerja, program kerja, pengorganisasian, serta peran dari KOMPAS dalam melakukan aktivitas kampanye Ahmadi-Antos secara daring. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran KOMPAS Dalam Proses Pemenangan Ahmadi-Antos Pada Pilkada 2020 di Kota Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kota Sungai Penuh, Provinsi Jambi. Pemilihan informan memakai teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 11 orang. Dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan teori Kontingensi oleh Joan Woodwoard dan Paul Lawrence.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peran KOMPAS antara lain, pencitraan pasangan calon Ahmadi-Antos, Strategi Mobilisasi, Optimalisasi Kampanye di Media Sosial. Kata Kunci: Kampanye; KOMPAS; Peran. Abstract The background of this research stems from Ahmadi-Antos' victory in the 2020 Sungai Penuh regional election. With all the limitations during the pandemic, the Ahmadi-Antos candidate pair organized the Timses in an online campaign. Within the KOMPAS platform, milenials were born and grew up with different ethnicities and cultures to be determined to unite visions and perceptions in order to realize their role in the process of developing the City of Sungai Penuh with justice. KOMPAS functions as an information center in the context of winning Ahmadi-Antos. Regardless of whether KOMPAS makes him win or not, it is interesting to see how KOMPAS performs, work programs, organizes, and plays a role in carrying out online Ahmadi-Antos campaign activities. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of KOMPAS in the process of winning Ahmadi-Antos in the 2020 regional elections in Sungai Penuh City. This study uses a qualitative research approach using descriptive methods. The research location was conducted in the City of Sungai Penuh, Jambi Province. Selection of informants using purposive sampling technique with a total of 11 informants. In this study, it was analyzed using contingency theory by Joan Woodwoard and Paul Lawrence. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the role of KOMPAS includes imagery of the Ahmadi-Antos candidate pair, Mobilization Strategy, Optimization of Campaigns on social media.
