DEMREL ** Fikret RAMAZANOLU *** ÖZET Günümüz yöneticileri, ilgilendikleri faaliyetlerin çokluu ve karmaıklıı nedeniyle zaman baskısını youn bir ekilde hissetmektedirler. Bu baskının olumsuz yönleri nedeniyle etkinliklerini kaybedebilmektedirler. Yöneticilerin performansları, baarılı bir zaman yönetimiyle yükselecektir. Zamanı baarılı ekilde yönetmenin önemli iki ölçüsü; yönetsel zamanı planlamak ve denetlemektir. Bu çalıma, Gençlik ve Spor Genel Müdürlüü tekilatındaki yöneticilerin zaman yönetimi performanslarının ölçülerinden olan planlama ve denetim tutumlarına ilikin etkinlik düzeylerini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıtır. Yöneticilerin planlama tutumu açısından gösterdikleri performans orta düzeydedir (%66.12). Yöneticilerin denetim zamanı tutumu açısından gösterdikleri performans da düük düzeydedir (%48.92). ABSTRACT Today’s managers feel the pressure of time continuously due to majority and complexity of the duties to be fulfilled. They lose their efficiencies because of the negative effects of this pressure. The performance of managers shall increase by a successful time management. The two important factors to manage the time are the planning and supervise the managerial time. This study is done so as to observe the efficiency levels of planning and supervision criterias of the time management performance of the managers who work in the Youth and Sports General Directorate. The planning behaviour of the managers are to be at medium level (66.12%). The supervise behaviour of the managers are to be at low level (48.92%).
