The influence of loyalty to WOM in the use of Shopee. The results showed four accepted hypotheses, while the other three were rejected. The first hypothesis is accepted, namely that service quality has a direct and significant effect on satisfaction. While the second hypothesis is accepted, service quality has a significant direct effect on trust. 1. Introduction The fourth industrial revolution today is closely related to technological advances and the internet. Both will affect consumer behavior in goods and services markets (Sima et al., 2020). The actors involved in the cycle of buying and selling goods and services will have a closer distance due to advances in technology and the internet.
