A distinctive feature of the work is the application of the game model of Colonel Blotto to the situation under study, but taking into account the neighboring participants’ opinions interdependence in the social network. In order to take this into account, the possibility of using the influence vector of social network participants as a vector of weight coefficients of winnings in the game of Colonel Blotto is considered. The research is conducted using methods known in game theory, graph theory, and combinatorics, as well as sociological approaches to describing the problem under consideration. The paper substantiates the importance of theoretical and applied understanding of such methods by state structures for effective socially-oriented activities in the online space.
