The results showed that there was a negative and insignificant effect of work motivation on turnover intentions, a positive and significant effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, a negative and significant effect of job insecurity on turnover intentions, a negative and significant effect of job insecurity on job satisfaction, a positive and significant effect job satisfaction on turnover intentions. full mediating and significant effect of work motivation on turnover intentions through job satisfaction and partial mediating and significant effect of job insecurity on turnover intentions through job satisfaction. ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh signifikan Antara Motivasi Kerja dan Job Insecurity Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Turnover Intentions Mitra Driver Gojek Area Kota Mataram Pasca Pandemi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intentions, pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh negatif dan signifikan job insecurity terhadap turnover intentions, pengaruh negatif dan signifikan job insecurity terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intentions. Pengaruh mediasi penuh dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intentions melalui kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh mediasi parsial dan signifikan job insecurity terhadap turnover intentions melalui kepuasan kerja.
