Raya Sentani – Padang Bulan, Jayapura 99351 a.profesional@gmail.com 1 ,Gratiana.deodata@gmail.com 2 Abstract The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the reporting and accountability of Village Fund Allocation in Keerom Regency in Fiscal Year 2018. Qualitative descriptive method was chosen by the author as a method to dissect problems regarding the management of village funds in 2018 in Keerom Regency with the reference of several villages as samples that the author chose. The data collection techniques in this study used technical interviews. The data analysis model used is data analysis consisting of three flow of activities that occur simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and inference or verification. The results showed that the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) was managed not yet in accordance with the standards of the Basic Internal Supervision system of financial management so that there was no clear and firm separation of each of the main elements of related supervision, which should be well coordinated in maintaining the financial management of village fund allocation (ADD). Lack or lack of competence and honesty from the relevant parties in managing the Village Budget starting from the time of Budget Planning, Implementation of Activities, Administration to Reporting and Accountability of the Use of Village Anggran. And in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of both the Village Head, Village Secretary, Treasurer, Kaur and Bamuskam are not focused in accordance with their duties and authorities, the system and procedures of village financial management are ignored. Keywords: reporting, Accountability, Village Fund Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban Alokasi Dana Desa di Kabupaten Keerom pada Tahun Anggaran 2018. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dipilih oleh penulis sebagai metode untuk membedah permasalahan mengenai pengelolaan dana desa tahun 2018 di Kabupaten Keerom dengan rujukan beberapa Desa sebagai sampel yang penulis pilih. Teknik pengumpulan data dalampenelitian ini menggunakan teknis wawancara .Model analisa data yang digunakan adalah Analisis data yang terdiri dari tiga alur kegiatan yang terjadi secara bersamaan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi . Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) dikelola belum sesuai dengan standar sistem Pengawasan Internal Pokok pengelolaan keuangan sehingga tidak ada pemisahan yang jelas dan tegas masing-masing elemen Pokok pengawasan terkait, yang seharusnya terkoordinasikan dengan baik dalam menjaga pengelolaan keuangan Alokasi dana Desa (ADD).
