Suhifatullah, Ambuy Sabur, *Edi Mulyadi Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf , Indonesia, 15118 E-mail Corespondent : emulyadi@unis.ac.id Abstract This study aims to obtain data that can be analyzed related to; the relationship between compensation and the quality of public services, the relationship between achievement motivation and the quality of public services, and the relationship between compensation and achievement motivation together with the quality of public services. This research was conducted in the Larangan District Office, Tangerang City, using a correlational model survey method. The research population is all employees in the Larangan District Office, Tangerang City, totaling 133 people including those spread over 10 urban villages. Sampling using Proportionate Random Sampling with the Slovin formula, so that with an error rate of 0.05%, a sample of 99.81 was obtained which was rounded up to 100 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire about the three variables above. Data analysis used correlation and simple regression techniques as well as correlation and multiple regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out at a significant level of 0.05. This study resulted in three conclusions: (1) There is a significant relationship between compensation and the quality of public services in the Larangan District Office, Tangerang City, with a correlation coefficient of ry.1 = 0.633 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01). (2) There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and the quality of public services in the Larangan District Office, Tangerang City with a correlation coefficient of ry.2 = 0.602 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01). (3) There is a significant relationship between compensation and achievement motivation together with the quality of public services in the Larangan District Office, Tangerang City with a correlation coefficient of ry.1.2 = 0.751 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable= 0.256 at = 0.01). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data yang dapat dianalisis terkait dengan ; hubungan konpensasi dengan kualitas pelayanan publik, hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan kualitas pelayanan publik, dan hubungan konpensasi dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Larangan Kota Tangerang, dengan menggunakan metode survei model korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Larangan Kota Tangerang, yang berjumlah 133 orang termasuk yang menyebar di 10 kelurahan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proportionate Random Sampling dengan rumus Slovin, sehingga dengan tinggkat error 0,05% diperoleh sampel 99,81 yang dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden.
