The Universe is contained in infinite empty 3D space and then with multi-time-dependent 5D homogenous Fermat’s initiated manifolds which will continuously expand to cover the infinite 3D space. While Matters, charges, life: through the 2D nitrogenous molecular bases and intelligence representing reality are created by space-time symmetry breaking mappings by thermally exciting the Diagonal-long-range-order (DLRO) magnetic monopoles Higgs Bosons from its Temperature independent Quantum primordial Bose-Einstein condensed vacuum created in sequential times in multiple homogenous 5D space-time with arbitrary Temperature valued Fermat’s manifolds. All these homogenous 5D manifolds due to Quantum theory require a rigid boundary where no eigenvalue exists. It is shown this boundary is a 4D plus Temperature enclosing boundary to these 5D homogenous space-time plus Temperature manifolds in the Universe and they are the Black Hole regions where no photons exist and masses if present behave as Tachyons. Key words: Temperature a 6th dimension, Tachyon boundary manifold, Higgs Bosons, Space- time projections, Schrodinger’s and Boltzmann equations. 1. Introduction According to Fermat’s Last Theorem [1], and Euler Theorem [2], the forth space variable is realized as an entangled variable along the Fermat’s amplitude ‘r’, when time is introduced, so that the net on the addition to the 3D space of time with the entangled ‘r’ variable remains 0 and preserves the Euler symmetry [3]. Therefore, there is no extra dimension possible in the quadratic Fermat’s sum. By introducing the quantum uncertainty to make reality a quantum phenomenon, such that photons can exist in such a homogenous 5D manifold, provided charges are introduced into such a homogenous space-time with the specified boundary condition to the 5D manifold that will not allow photons to pass through. According to Charles Maxwell [4] for such an Electromagnetic EM domain, there must exist 5 vector potentials, composed of the well-established 4 electromagnetic vector potentials plus an orthogonal magnetic monopole potential, having a magnetic monopole of unit M, which is charge neutral. Thus M can be formed by the pair product of e and e massless spinors, with exact opposite velocities c along ‘r’. Hence M is a Boson, expressed in a Diagonal Long Range Order (DLRO) along ‘r’ covering the entire EM Fermat’s domain manifold [5]. In fact, these e, e pairs for the M monopoles will form a complete set of Bosons with primordial eigenvalues introduced by the sum of the massless e, e spinors energies, with 0 translation momentum occupying the entire 5D domain and is independent of the Temperature value of the Bose-Einstein distribution. Thereby they must be in the Bose-Einstein’s ground state. Thus they are the Higgs Bosons, which form the Higgs vacuum [6]. Hence it is clear that the Temperature variable is clearly present in the Higgs
