This guide was designed in accordance with the anatomy of the project based learning model according to Michael Grant (2002) which includes aspects of chemical literacy according to Yael Schwartz (2006). The content and construct validity tests were carried out by five validators (expert judgments) and have been analyzed by using Aiken's V formula. The results of data analysis in this study showed the Aikens' V value forcontent and construct validity was 0,91 and 0,92. It means that the guide is valid in terms of content and context. Keywords: Project based learning, chemical literacy, bio-battery ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain panduan project based learningberbasis literasi kimia dengan tema bio-bateraiyang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan literasi kimia pesertadidik dan membantu peserta didik dalam memahami konsep-konsepkimia khususnya materi sel volta. Panduan ini dirancang sesuai dengan anatomi model project based learning menurut Michael grant (2002) yangmemuat aspek literasi kimia menurut Yael Schwartz (2006). Pengujian validitas konten dan konstruk dilakukan oleh lima validator ( expert judgement) yang dianalisis menggunakan formula Aiken’s V. Hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil rata-rata nilai Aikens V pada validitas konten sebesar 0,91 dan validitas konstruk sebesar 0,92. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa panduan teknis pembelajaran project based learning berbasis literasi kimia yang dihasilkan memenuhi kategori valid secara konten maupun konteks.
