Kata kunci: stroke, perdarahan intraserebral, RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto ABSTRACT Stroke is one of the three most occurring disease in the world next to heart disease and cancer. This disease is the biggest cause of disability among the world. In developing countries, most incidencies of haemorrhagic stroke is about 30% from all stroke cases, and 70% for ischemic cases. Even though the percentage is shown to be lesser than the ischemic cases, strokes with hemorrhagic occurrences are often lethal. The purpose of this study was to determine the incidence of stroke due to intracerebral hemorrhage based on sex, age, risk factors, early clinical symptoms, mortality rate that based on loss of consciousness, and blood pressure from stroke patients of Prof. Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital. This research was done periodically in 2013. The method used on this research was a descriptive survey with retrospective data from medical records of stroke patients in Prof. Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital in 2013. From this research, 55 intracerebral hemorrhage cases were recorded. Most of the cases were male patients, presented in 30 people (54.5%), and the largest age group were 50-59 years old as presented in 17 people (30.9%). The vast majority of early clinical symptoms was hemiparesis, as showed in 34 people (61.8%). The most common risk factor was hypertension as showed in 46 people (83.6%). Loss of consciousness is found in 19 people (95%). Systolic blood pressure 160 mmHg above and diastolic blood pressure 100 mmHg is found in 14 people (70%).
