It is a method of conveying information and the learning process that enables students to keep all of their thoughts in order and make an effort to fully comprehend the subject matter being taught by a teacher. Method: Quasi- experimental (Non-equivalent group design) was used, 112 undergraduate nursing students were selected by using non-probability consecutive sampling technique. Data was collected by 4 nursing colleges of HP using Self-structured knowledge questionnaire and practice checklist. Results: In experimental group 1 pre test mean knowledge score was 13.61 and post test was 18.88 at t=14.939 whereas in experimental group 2 the pre test mean knowledge score was 13.77 and in post-test score 19.27 at t=13.846. For practice in experimental group 1 pre test mean score was 11.20 and post test were 17.11 at t=19.870 whereas in experimental group 2 the pre test mean score was 10.63 and in post-test score 17.14 at t=15.833.
