This study aims to: (1) describing the condition and potential learning of Civics that have been done for the development of learning model MAM, (2) describing the process of developing a cooperative learning model MAM the type of learning, (3) analyzing the effectiveness of using cooperative learning model MAM the type of learning, (4) analyzing the efficiency of the use of cooperative learning model Make A Match the type of learning, and (5) analyzing the attractiveness of the students towards the use of cooperative learning model MAM the type of learning. Research and development research approach, conducted by SMP 26, SMP 28, Bandar Lampung, and SMP Budaya Bandar Lampung. Observation and data collection using questionnaires, then analyzed by independent t-test. Conclusions of the research are: (1) the type of cooperative learning model MAM has the potential to be developed as a fun learning media and facilitate understanding the subject matter, so that the students learn Civics will rise, (2) the results of this development is a development MAM models were validated by a media expert, expert content and instructional design experts, (3) the using of model MAM effectively evidenced by 0,001 t hitung < t 0,95(50), (4) the using of model MAM efficient evidenced by the value of learning efficiency ratio of 1.50, and (5) use MAM interesting models used by the average test score the attractiveness of 81,20%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mendeskripsikan kondisi dan potensi pembelajaran PKn yang sudah dilakukan sekolah untuk pengembangan model pembelajaran MAM, (2) mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan model pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe MAM, (3) menganalisis efektifitas penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe MAM, (4) menganalisis efisiensi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe MAM, dan (5) menganalisis kemenarikan siswa terhadap penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe MAM.
