China Comservice Indonesia] ISO 9001 quality management system has become a standard and a requirement in various industries in the world and as a form of guarantee for the quality of the products/services provided. The implementation of a quality management system is absolutely necessary for every company that wants to improve the quality of its products and services with the hope that the implementation of the system will cause changes in the performance of management service quality after the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and have an impact on increasing trust in customers. This research is focused on how to implement and evaluate the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system at PT. CCSIndo as well as assessing the success rate of implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system at PT. CCSIndo. The research results show that the result of the percentage value of the implementation of each clause of ISO 9001:2015 reaches more than 90 percent. The implementation of the quality management system has been carried out well by the management of PT. CCSIindo so that it needs to be continued to the ISO 9001:2015 Certification assessment stage by the Certification body. Keywords: implementation of ISO, iso 9001:2015, quality management system ABSTRAK Sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001 telah menjadi standar dan persyaratan dalam berbagai industri di dunia dan sebagai salah satu wujud jaminan terhadap kualitas yang produk/jasa yang diberikan. Implementasi terhadap sistem manajemen mutu mutlak dilakukan oleh setiap perusahaan yang ingin meningkatkan kualitas mutu produk dan layanannya dengan harapan bahwa dengan diterapkannya sistem tersebut menyebabkan adanya perubahan performa mutu layanan manajemen pasca penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dan berdampak pada peningkatan kepercayaan terhadap pelanggan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada bagaimana implementasi dan evaluasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 di PT. CCSIndo serta menilai tingkat keberhasilan implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 di PT. CCSIndo. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil dari nilai persentase implementasi tiap-tiap klausul ISO 9001:2015 mencapai lebih dari 90 persen. Implementasi sistem manajemen mutu telah dijalankan dengan baik oleh manajemen PT. CCSIndo sehingga perlu dilanjutkan ke tahap penilaian Sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 oleh badan Sertifikasi.
