ABSTRAK
Penelitian iini ibertujuan iuntuk imengetahui ipengaruh ikonsep ibekerja idari irumah iatau
WFH iselama imasa ipandemic iCovid-19 iterhadap iefektivitas ikinerja ipegawai ipada iDinas
Pekerjaan iUmum idan iPenataan iRuang idi iJepara. iPenelitian iini imenggunakan imetode
deskriptif, idata idiperoleh idari ihasil imelalui iobservasi, iwawancara, idan istudi iliteratur
wawancara idengan iinforman idari ipara ipegawai iDPUPR iJepara. iAdapun iteknis ianalisis
data iyang idigunakan iadalah ianalisis ikualitatif idengan idata ikasus itunggal. iDalam
penentuan isampel ipenelitian iini imenggunakan iTeknik isimple irandom isampling iatau bisa
dikatakan ipengambilan isampel idari ipopulasi isecara iacak. iHasil ipenelitian iini
menunjukkan ibahwa iWork iFrom iHome i(WFH) isudah idijalankan ioleh ipara ipegawai
DPUPR iKota iJepara idengan isebaik imungkin idan imemberikan iefektivas ikinerja iselama
pandemii icovid-19. iWFH iyang itelah idilaksanakan iDPUPR iJepara iDiperlukannya iaturan
atau iregulasi iyang ilebih ijelas iterkait idengan istandar-standar iyang iharus idipatuhi ioleh
pegawai iyang imenjalankan ikonsep iWFH.
