Today, mobbing practices, which are common in working life, create physical and psychological health problems on individuals. Research shows that the victims of mobbing are unhappy and restless and even have psychological problems that are so important that they can think of suicide. The population of the study is the units of the Provincial Health Directorate and a total of 255 people participated in the study. The data obtained through the survey were analyzed with the help of computerized statistics program. As a result of the analyzes, it was found that there were significant differences between mobbing perceptions of employees, occupation, working time, unit and educational status, but no significant difference in terms of age and gender. When the groups with significant differences were examined, it was found that these differences are between the private life intervention factor and the educational status variable; the perception of threat and harassment, job and career barriers and commitment to the job factors and the position variable; the commitment factor and the working year variable as well as the job and career barriers factor and department variable. As a result, mobbing is an undesirable situation in the institutions and the employees in the managerial position have great responsibility for the fight against mobbing. In this context, it is of vital importance to act within the framework of equity in an institutional manner and to distribute tasks in accordance with the principles of merit. Structured Abstract: Introduction and purpose of the study Mobbing is the person's being exposed to aggressive behaviors on a regular basis by one or more colleagues or supervisors at work. Behavior is intended to wear and label the target person. Mobbing practices, which can cause many psychological trauma and are common in working life today, cause physical and psychological health problems on people. * Dr. Öğr.
