STIKOM BALI merupakan salah satu Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Teknik Komputer yang berada di pulau Bali. Sebagai salah satu Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Teknik Komputer yang berada di pulau Bali tentunya STIKOM BALI memiliki banyak sistem informasi yang menunjang proses pembelajaran. Salah satu sistem informasi yang dimanfaatkan oleh STIKOM BALI adalah sistem informasi perkuliahan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, mahasiswa dapat mengetahui berbagai jenis informasi mengenai perkuliahan di STIKOM BALI. Sistem informasi perkuliahan ini dapat diakses oleh berbagai macam perangkat, mulai dari komputer sampai dengan smartphone. Dan yang menjadi permasalahan adalah semua perangkat tersebut memiliki layar dengan resolusi yang berbeda – beda, sehingga jika sistem informasi perkuliahan ini diakses melalui smartphone yang memiliki layar dengan resolusi kecil, maka konten yang ditampilkan menjadi rusak, atau jika bisa ditampilkan secara penuh atau mungkin akan direpotkan dengan aktifitas zoom-in dan zoom-out untuk membaca konten. Salah satu pemecahan dari masalah diatas adalah dengan menerapkan teknologi Web Design Responsive. Dengan menerapkan teknologi Web Design Responsive pada sistem informasi perkuliahan, maka sistem informasi perkuliahan ini akan langsung beradaptasi dengan ukuran layar device yang mengaksesnya. . Abstract Along with the rapid development of technology , the development of the Internet also has developed quite rapidly , as seen from the increasing use of the Internet in all areas of life , especially in education . STIKOM BALI is one of the School of Information Management and Computer Engineering who was on the island of Bali . As one of the School of Information Management and Computer Engineering who was on the island of Bali BALI STIKOM certainly has a lot of information systems that support the learning process . One of the information system utilized by STIKOM BALI is an information system lecture . With a system of this information , students can find out the various types of information about the lecture in STIKOM BALI . And the problem is that all of these devices have different screen resolution - different , so if this lecture information system accessible through a smartphone that has a small screen with a resolution , then the content is shown to be defective , or if it can be displayed in full or may be bothered the activities of the zoom - in and zoom - out to read the content . One solution to the above problem is to apply technology Responsive Web Design . By applying technology Responsive Web Design lectures on information systems , the college 's information system will instantly adapt to the screen size of the device to access it .
