The material used were 8 local cows (Ongole) and Simental with ages one up to 1.5 years and the average initial body weight of 300 kg taken randomly, allocated in two treatments, namely: P0: Straws + Tofu Dregs (Control) and P1 = Straws + Tofu Dregs + Bioplus 300 gr. Variables observed included: (1) daily body weight gain (PBBH); (2) Farming Analysis. This study was conducted at the Mekar Jaya Farmers Group, Wanamekar Village, Wanaraja District, Garut Regency. The time for the implementation of the activities began in January 2017 until December 2017. The results of the study show that the effect of supplementary feeding had a very significant effect on increasing the weight of beef cattle. On tofu dregs that use Bioplus there is an increase in Daily Body Weight (DBW) of 0.9 kg per day, while tofu dregs without Bioplus are 0.5 kg per day. Key-words: Additional Feed, Cow Weight, Local Cow INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui usaha tani pemberian pakan tambahan berupa ampas tahu dan Bioplus terhadap penambahan bobot sapi. Mareri yang digunakan adalah delapan ekor sapi Lokal (Ongole) dan Simental dengan umur satu hingga 1.5 tahun dan rata-rata bobot badan awal 300 kg yang diambil secara acak, dialokasikan dalam dua perlakuan, yaitu: P0 : Jerami + Ampas Tahu (Kontrol) dan P1 = Jerami + Ampas Tahu + Bioplus 300 gr. Variabel yang diamati meliputi: (1) pertambahan bobot badan harian (PBBH); (2) analisis usaha tani. Kajian ini dilaksanakan di Kelompok Tani Mekar Jaya, Desa Wanamekar Kecamatan Wanaraja Kabupaten Garut. Waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai bulan Januari 2017 sampai Desember 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan tambahan berpengaruh sangat nyata pada peningkatan berat badan sapi potong. Pada ampas tahu yang menggunakan Bioplus terdapat peningkatan Bobot Badan Harian (BBH) sebesar 0,9 kg per hari, sedangkan ampas tahu yang tanpa Bioplus sebesar 0,5 kg per hari.
