Nanoperak diformulasikan dalam bentuk serum AgNP dalam 4 formula dengan variasi konsentrasi AgNP. Sediaan disimpan selama 14 hari untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari waktu penyimpanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis AgNP dari larutan AgNO 3 dengan menggunakan bioreduktor dekokta kulit manggis serta mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi AgNP terhadap mutu fisik serum meliputi organoleptis, pH, viskositas, dan homogenitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain true experimental yang menghasilkan data yang disajikan secara deskriptif dan analitik. Analisis kuantitatif dengan metode Shapiro-Wilk Test, uji ANOVA dua arah (α = 0,05), dan analisis Post Hoc dengan uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara perbedaan variasi konsentrasi zat aktif AgNP, terhadap mutu fisik serum. Selain itu, pengaruh dari waktu penyimpanan selama 14 hari tidak mempengaruhi stabilitas sarum. Dekokta kulit kulit mampu membiosintesis AgNP dengan karakteristik 439-441 nm dan distribusi ukuran 110,1 ± 4,33 nm. Variasi konsentrasi AgNP dalam serum mampu mempengaruhi mutu fisik sediaan baik organoleptis, pH, dan viskositas, serta tidak mempengaruhi homogenitas. Keempat formula dengan zat aktif AgNP hasil biosintesis memenuhi kriteria serum yang baik dengan waku penyimpanan 14 hari. Kata Kunci: kulit, manggis, dekokta, serum, AgNP ABSTRACT Mangosteen peel (Garcinia mangostana L.) contained α-mangostin which can biosynthesize AgNP. AgNP was biosynthesized with mangosteen peel decoction at 60°C and then characterized by UV-Vis to determine optical properties and PSA to determine particle size distribution. Nanosilver can be formulated in serum. Serum AgNP was made in 4 formulas with varying concentrations of AgNP and then tested for physical quality including organoleptic, pH, viscosity, and homogeneity. Preparations were stored for 14 days to determine the effect of storage time. This research aimed to synthesize Ag-NP from 1 mM AgNO3 solution using mangosteen peel decoction bioreductor and to determine the effect of variations in AgNP concentration on the physical quality of serum. This research used a true experimental research design that produces data presented descriptively and analytically. Quantitative analysis was carried out by statistical methods using the Shapiro-Wilk Test, two-way ANOVA test (α = 0.05), and Post Hoc analysis using the Tukey test. The results showed that there was a relationship between differences in the concentration of the active substance AgNP on the physical quality of serum preparations. In addition, the effect of storage time for 14 days did not affect the stability of the serum. Mangosteen peel decoction was able to biosynthesize AgNP with characteristics 439-441 nm and a size distribution of 110.1 ± 4.33 nm. Variations in the concentration of the active substance AgNP in serum could affect the physical quality of the preparations, both organoleptic, pH, and viscosity, and did not affect the homogeneity. The four formulas made with the biosynthetic active substance AgNP met the criteria for a good serum with a storage period of 14 days. Keywords: peel, mangosteen, decoction, serum, AgNP
