Services in the health sector are one of the forms of health care services and places most needed by the community to achieve optimal health status. Lack of awareness and willingness of students to live healthy and check their health, makes students at risk of experiencing health problems. This study aims to determine the relationship between the factors that influence Manado State University students on the utilization of health services at the Unima Polyclinic. The type used in this study is descriptive observational with a quantitative approach. The population is 475 students of Public Health Sciences (IKM) Manado State University (Unima) semesters 1, 3, 5 and 7. The number of samples is 184 people. Data analysis by means of univariate analysis. The results of the study showed that 95 (52.7%) respondents had never used the health services of the Unima Polyclinic and preferred to treat themselves or be allowed to heal on their own even though the health services at the Unima Polyclinic were provided free of charge. Views of the Unima polyclinic stated well 152 respondents with a percentage of 82.6%. The conclusion is that more than 50% of students have never used the health services of the Unima Polyclinic even though health services at the Unima Polyclinic are provided free of charge due to the lack of socialization from the Unima Polyclinic. Keywords: Utilization of health services, Polyclinic ABSTRAK Kota Tondano Sulawesi Utara terdapat Universitas Negeri Manado yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1955. Pelayanan di bidang kesehatan adalah salah satu bentuk pelayanan dan tempat pemeliharaan kesehatan yang paling dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan secara optimal. Kurangnya kesadaran dan kemauan mahasiswa untuk hidup sehat dan memeriksa kesehatan, membuat mahasiswa berisiko mengalami masalah kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui pemanfaatan Poliklinik Universitas negeri Manado (Unima) oleh mahasiswa Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat (Unima). Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bersifat deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi 475 orang mahasiswa Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat (IKM) Universitas Negeri Manado (Unima) semester 1,3,5 dan 7. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 184 orang. Analisis data dengan cara analisis univariat. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan 95 (52,7% ) responden belum pernah memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan Poliklinik Unima dan lebih memilih mengobati secara mandiri atau dibiarkan sembuh sendiri walaupun pelayanan kesehatan di Poliklinik Unima dilakukan secara gratis. Pandangan terhadap poliklinik Unima menyatakan baik 152 responden dengan persentase 82,6 %. Kesimpulannya bahwa lebih dari 50% mahasiswa belum pernah memanfaatkan layanan kesehatan Poliklinik Unima walaupun pelayanan kesehatan di Poliklinik Unima dilakukan secara gratis ini dikarenakan kurangnya sosialisasi dari pihak Poliklinik Unima Kata kunci: Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan, Poliklinik
